These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digital’s Flare online learning platform (“Platform”) and the services we offer (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Digital’s Flare. Your access to and use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services

Digital’s Flare provides a learning management system offering students quality education in digital skills. We offer a variety of courses, including:

• Live and recorded lectures
• Discussion forums
• Q&A sessions
• Assignments
• Quizzes

3. Registration and Account

To access the Services, you will need to register for an account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content

The Platform contains various content, including course materials, discussion forums, Q&A entries, assignments, and quizzes. This content includes:

• Our Content: All content created by Digital’s Flare or its licensors is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your personal learning purposes only.
• User Content: The Platform allows users to generate content, such as discussion forum posts, Q&A entries, assignments, and quizzes (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Digital’s Flare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and translate your User Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

5. Free Content and Trials

Digital’s Flare offers the first lecture of each course for free. This serves as a sample to help you decide if the course aligns with your needs. Free lectures do not grant access to the full course content or any additional features.

6. Payment

Our courses are purchased online through the Platform. We offer various payment options, including bank transfers, digital wallets, and third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.

7. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course(s) according to the specified duration. Course materials may include live and recorded lectures, downloadable resources, discussion forums, Q&A, assignments, and quizzes.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform and Services in a respectful and professional manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading or sharing illegal content
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Spamming the forums
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Disrupting the Platform’s functionality

Digital’s Flare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Digital’s Flare strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, including User Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital’s Flare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services.

11. Termination

Digital’s Flare reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform and Services at any time, with or without cause.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to the Terms

Digital’s Flare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
