This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Digital’s Flare will offer refunds for online course purchases.
1. Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not accessed the second lecture of the course.
2. Refund Reasons
We will only offer full refunds in cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content.
3. Partial Refunds
If you request a refund after accessing the second lecture or later, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, depending on the extent of your course access, we may offer a partial refund. No refunds will be granted for completed courses (3 or more lectures accessed).
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our Course Coordinator via WhatsApp at +92 343 3735273. Be sure to include your name, the course title, and the reason for your refund request.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 2 weeks. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
