Digital's Flare Service Policy

Our courses are purchased online through the Platform. We offer various payment options, including bank transfers, digital wallets, and third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method.

4. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course(s) according to the specified duration. Course materials may include live and recorded lectures, downloadable resources, and assignments.

5. Content Ownership

All content on the Platform, including course materials, is the intellectual property of Digital’s Flare or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal learning purposes only.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital’s Flare offers a Refund ( See Refund Policy) on all courses. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility and procedures.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform and Services in a respectful and professional manner. Any activity deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of this Policy may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimer

Digital’s Flare strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital’s Flare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services.

Digital’s Flare reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform and Services at any time, with or without cause.

11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
